The Payout feature allows merchants to send global business payments using the available balance in their Subotiz Accounts through local clearing networks or SWIFT international wire transfers. From a single dashboard, merchants can efficiently manage supplier payments, business expenses, and cross-border fund transfers.
What Is a Recipient
A recipient is the person or business receiving your payment, such as a supplier, business partner, employee, or another designated bank account.
Before sending your first payment, add the recipient's information to the system. Once saved, you can select the recipient for future payments without re-entering their banking information.
Common Use Cases
The Payout feature supports a variety of business payment scenarios, including:
- Paying overseas suppliers
- Paying advertising, marketing, or platform service fees
- Paying logistics, warehousing, and operating expenses
- Paying partner commissions or service fees
- Transferring funds between business entities
- Other cross-border payment scenarios
Supported Payment Methods
Payout supports payments through local clearing networks and SWIFT international wire transfers.
Based on the recipient's country or region, receiving currency, and banking information, the system automatically routes each payment through the most appropriate payment network. No manual network selection is required.

Payout Process
A payout typically follows these steps:
- Add or select a recipient: Add a recipient before sending your first payment, or select an existing recipient for future payments.
- Create a payout: Enter the payment amount, currency, and recipient information. The system automatically selects the most appropriate payment method.
- Submit the payout: Review the payout details, then enter your transaction password to authorize the transaction.
- Compliance review and bank processing: The payout enters the review process and proceeds to bank processing once approved.
- Payout completed: Funds are transferred to the recipient's bank account, and the transaction status is updated to Successful.
Prerequisites
Before creating a payout, make sure that:
- Your available account balance is sufficient.
- A transaction password has been configured.
- The recipient has already been added, or can be added while creating the payout.
- All recipient information is complete and accurate.
Managing Payouts
After submitting a payout, you can track its processing status at any time and view your payout history and transaction details.
For future payments to the same recipient, simply select the saved recipient without entering the banking information again.
Important Notes
- Once submitted, a payout enters the banking process and cannot be cancelled or modified.
- Verify all recipient information before submitting the payout. If a payout is returned because of incorrect recipient details, the funds may take several business days to be returned, and intermediary banks may deduct applicable return fees.
- Some payouts may require additional compliance verification (RFI). If this occurs, processing is paused until the requested supporting documents are submitted and approved.
- Actual delivery times may vary depending on bank processing times, payment currency, public holidays, intermediary banks, or compliance reviews.
The Payout feature enables merchants to send global payments directly from the available balance in their Subotiz Accounts through local clearing networks and SWIFT international wire transfers. Combined with recipient management, payout tracking, and payout history, merchants can efficiently manage cross-border payments and business funds from a single platform.
