Does the platform support limit orders, scheduled conversions, or forward contracts?
Only immediate conversions using the current exchange rate are supported. Limit orders, scheduled conversions, forward contracts, and other deferred transaction types are not currently supported.
Exchange Rates and Transaction Processing
How is the exchange rate calculated?
The system calculates the estimated converted amount using the current exchange rate. After you initiate a conversion, the quoted exchange rate is locked for 45 seconds. If the conversion is confirmed within the rate lock window, the conversion is completed using the locked exchange rate.
What happens if the 45-second rate lock expires before the conversion is confirmed?
If the rate lock expires before the conversion is confirmed, the system automatically refreshes the exchange rate. Review the updated estimated converted amount before confirming the conversion.
When are funds available after a conversion is complete?
The corresponding currency balances are updated immediately after the conversion is complete. Converted funds are immediately available for subsequent FX conversions, global payouts, RMB settlement, and other treasury management activities.
Transaction Password and Troubleshooting
Why can't a conversion be submitted?
If a conversion cannot be submitted, check the following:
- Whether the available balance of the sold currency is sufficient.
- Whether the displayed exchange rate has expired.
- Whether the transaction password has been set up.
- Whether the funds are in pending or awaiting documentation status.

How can I view historical conversion records?
