The Create and Manage Stores feature in Subotiz allows merchants to create and manage multiple stores under a single account from a centralized Store Management page. This feature is designed for multi-brand operations and partner-based business models, enabling efficient business expansion and streamlined management of multiple stores.
Creating a Store
New stores can be created from the Store Management page.
- Open the management page: Click Manage stores from the store panel.

- Create a store: Click Create store in the top-right corner of the Store Management page.

- Enter store details: Provide the required information in the pop-up window.
- Business name: Required. Displayed on the checkout page and in the customer portal.
- Store logo: Optional. Used for brand identification.
- Country/Region: Required.
- Address: Optional.

- Submit the store: Click Create. The store is created automatically after submission.

Store Creation Rules
The following rules apply when creating stores:
- Store limit: Up to 100 stores can be created per account.
- Default status: Newly created stores are set to Active by default.
- Default role: The creator is automatically assigned as the Owner of the store.
View and Manage Stores
All stores can be viewed and managed from the Store Management page.
- View store list: Displays all stores associated with the current account.
- Search stores: Enter a store name or Store ID to quickly locate a store.
- Filter by status: Use the Status filter to view stores by different states.
- Open a store: Click any store row to open the store admin in a new tab.
- Transfer ownership: Open the action menu for a store and select Transfer ownership.

Best Practices
- Use clear store names: Assign distinct and recognizable names for easier identification and management.
- Manage store count: Plan the number of stores based on business structure to avoid unnecessary complexity.
