The Reserved fund view in Subotiz shows funds held under your rolling reserve policy. These funds are temporarily set aside for a defined period to meet compliance or risk requirements and are automatically released to your current balance once the reserve period expires. This feature helps merchants monitor held amounts, anticipate release dates, and understand the impact of reserve policies on cash flow.
Accessing Reserved Fund
Open Reserved fund: From the
Finance >
Balance page in the Subotiz admin, select
View next to Reserved fund.

Reserved fund overview: The Reserved fund view displays:
Current balance: Total amount currently held in reserve.
Rolling reserve period: Number of days each transaction remains in reserve before release.
Rolling reserve ratio: Percentage of each transaction amount held in reserve.
Transaction table: Lists all reserved transactions and their status.

Transaction table fields: Each row in the Reserved fund table contains:
Transaction time: Date and time the funds were placed in reserve.
Order amount: Original total amount of the related order.
Reserved amount: Portion of the order amount held in reserve.
Status: Current status of the reserved funds. The only possible value is Freeze, which indicates the funds are temporarily held.

Using This View
Check reserve impact: Review how much revenue is temporarily unavailable due to reserve policies.
Plan around release timelines: Use the rolling reserve period to forecast when funds will move to the current balance.
Monitor liquidity: Identify high-value reserves to better plan cash flow and ensure operational needs are met.
