Subotiz pricing management allows merchants to centrally view and manage product pricing, including searching and filtering pricing, viewing pricing details, editing pricing, and managing pricing status. A single product can have multiple pricing options to support different billing methods and business scenarios.
Note: Editing pricing does not overwrite the pricing information used by existing transactions and subscriptions. For details about how product and pricing changes affect existing transactions, subscriptions, and future use, see Products|Product and Pricing Update Behavior.
Accessing Pricing

- Review pricing information: Review the current pricing configuration, including the pricing name, associated product, Billing type, Pricing configuration, Cycle configuration, More info, and Features.
The configuration displayed depends on the billing type and pricing model. For details about the available pricing types and configuration options, see Products | Understanding Pricing.

For details about how product and pricing changes affect existing transactions, subscriptions, and future use, see Products|Product and Pricing Update Behavior.

Inactive pricing can be activated based on business requirements.
-
Open pricing details: On the Prices page, locate the pricing to activate, then click it to open the details page.

- Activate pricing: Click Actions > Activate. The pricing status changes to Active.
Note: Pricing availability for new sales and checkout also depends on the associated product status. Both the product and its pricing must be Active before the pricing can be used for new sales and checkout.
Deactivating Pricing
Pricing that is no longer used for new sales and checkout can be deactivated.
-
Open pricing details: On the Prices page, locate the pricing to deactivate, then click it to open the details page.

- Deactivate pricing: Click Actions > Deactivate. The pricing status changes to Inactive and can no longer be used for new sales and checkout.
Note: Deactivating pricing does not delete historical transaction data or affect existing subscriptions that continue to renew using their applicable original configuration. Deactivating a product also deactivates its associated pricing. For details about managing product status, see Products|Managing Products.
Pricing management allows merchants to centrally view and maintain multiple pricing options under a product, including searching, filtering, editing, and managing pricing status. Combined with product and pricing status management, merchants can maintain active billing configurations and apply the appropriate pricing to new sales and checkout.
