Accessing the Product Pricing Dashboard
- Access your pricing list: Navigate to Product > Product Pricing in the Subotiz admin. Each row displays the pricing name, subscription type, billing cycle, and current status. This overview facilitates monitoring and quick decision-making.
- Filter and search for specific pricing plans:
- Pricing name or ID: Supports exact matches only. Partial matches are not available.
- Subscription type: Filter by One-time or Recurring.
- Status: Display only Draft, Active, or Inactive entries.
- Understanding pricing statuses: Each pricing entry has one of the following statuses:
- Draft: Saved but not live. Can be activated at any time.
- Active: Live and available for checkout. Can be deactivated when no longer needed.
- Inactive: Deactivated and cannot be reactivated. A new entry must be created to offer it again.
- Access full configuration: Click any pricing name to open its detail page. This page displays billing cycle, trial period, currency, and applied pricing rules.
- Update pricing status: The pricing status can be changed directly on the detail page.
